To use the DARS advisor login, you will need to enable TLS 1.0 on your browser.   Please follow these directions to adjust your browser settings.

 

For Internet Explorer users:

Click on Tools, Internet Options.  Select the Advanced tab and scroll to the bottom of the window.  Be sure that the "Use TLS 1.0" box is checked.  Click OK.  Restart your browser and the advisor page should work.

 

For Mozilla Firebird users:

Click on Tools, Options.  Select the Advanced button on the left menu and scroll to the bottom of the window.  Be sure that the "Use TLS 1.0" box is checked.  Click OK.  Restart your browser and the advisor page should work.

 

For Apple/Mac Safari users:

TLS 1.0 is enabled by default in Safari.  If you have turned off TLS, you will need to turn it back on.  Otherwise, you should not need to adjust your Safari browser settings for DARS to work.

 

The following browsers are approved for the DARS advisor login page:

 

Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater

Mozilla Firebird 1.0.6 or greater

Apple Safari 1.3 or greater
